Initially I was very happy with the care my child received here. Things quickly changed, however. The director is not easy to track down with concerns, and seemed bothered when I was upset that my child was being hurt constantly. In addition, my child was given food that I asked not be given due to possible allergies, and the director blew me off because no reaction occurred. While the teachers are nice and try hard, I just don't see how a business can remain open with a leader who isn't involved. My new baby and older child will be going somewhere else when I return to work. It's too bad because it could be a great place.
