Provided by YPmobileThis store is a joke! I realize with Covid19 that things are different right now, but come on! They have 2 entrances & lock one of them up, but you don’t know it yet until after you’ve already parked your car, find a decent cart & then get up to the doors only to find out I’ve got to walk clear to the other end of the store.
Doesn’t matter what day I go or time, they’re still out of everything. Checkout is a fiasco. So as much as I loathe the self-checkout, it was going to be the fastest way, since I had all my frozen food in the cart.
Anyway, once I get to my car, I seen I had left the last bag I had filled with 2 Apple Gatorade & 10 bandannas that we’re $1.47 each. So frantically I ran back into the store with my receipt to the man that was the checkout monitor to see if my bag was turned in. He checked to see if it was turned in, at his station, but it wasn’t & he said it was more than likely just taken. Then he referred me to the service center where there was a line from hell. So the nearest cashier said just ask them if they’d had a bag turned in, so I did. The lady at the service center was very rude & & told me to go back where I cashed out at or wait in that very long line. I told her I can’t afford to wait in that long line & have all my frozen food spoil in my car. So I ran home to put my food away, then proceed to call Walmart on the phone, so I could find out if they’re even going to help me before driving all the way back & standing in line for who knows how long! When someone finally answered, she tells me I need to talk to the service center (desk), so she connects me to that line only to be on hold & no one answering it. So I got fed up & hung up.
As for the entrance door that was locked when I first got there was open when I was leaving the store.
There’s nothing more ridiculous, inconvenient, & exhausting than to have a Supercenter busy with a full parking lot of shoppers & locking one whole main entrances. Making half their customers walking clear to the other end. It’s absurd.

Provided by YPmobileHorrible customer service, almost no products. There was only 1 register open with over 10 people in line with full carts, I had 1 item and went to the customer service, and was told I could only checkout through the one register and to go wait in line. I asked to speak to a manager who when she arrived after 20 minutes of waiting said "I'm sorry sir, that's just the way walmart works, so please feel free to take your item to the checkout." I responded by saying I will continue to shop almost exclusively at wegmans, target, or tops and I promptly left. I would reccomend anyone to avoid walmart, especially this one.
