Fast, efficient, courteous. They moved my 97 year-old mother quickly and for the quoted price. I will recommend these people to my friends and relatives.

Bad Service, Unprofessional and over priced

I booked the move 3 weeks in advance for 9 am in the middle of the week. I was called and asked to push back my pick up time to 11am. this was no problem as i thought i could use the extra time to clean. Noon came and went without a call from the movers w/ an eta. I called the only number I had for Zito's around 1pm, no answer. Called again at 1:30, 2, and 3:30...... still no answer. The movers finally called me at about 4 to say they were on there way and needed directions to my house. 4:30pm the move starts!!! Well then i had about 20 min of haggling about the price for the extra lamp, shoe rack, cd tower, hamper, ect that i had failed to individually list for the quote. they even tried to price a wire storage rack i dissassembled seperate from the legs. My quick move 10 blocks away took me untill midnight when i should have been done by noon.
