The idea for this cafe has been resting in our minds for years, since the first time I unlocked the door to the French restaurant I was managing in California, to the moment I cooked with my new love and his mommy, not snails and Vouvray but Pinot and Pork!...I knew one day we would create a place to share our love of yummy things with the world! We all envisioned a cafe that would offer an escape from the ordinary and a window into the world of the extraordinary!
