AMAZING PLACE! Thanks for the memories.

I had my reservation for a birthday party 1 week, I wanted to pay that same day but was told they will call me back for the payment, they call me Tuesday, I call back they did not answer so I left a message... I tried calling everyday left message too and nobody answer, I received a call 1 day before the party to say they gave my date away! And was told they were out of town!!! Don't waste your money! Very poor customer service will never book a party there again!

Having attended several Birthday parties at this location and having my child attend the after school program I feel I am able to write a accurate review for others. Much like the other reviews, there is rarely supervision. Even for the after school children. The children have all complained about the temper of the owners. I personally have not been impressed with any responsiveness to issues or concerns. The cleanliness is abolsolutely questionable. While the price is right the business and how it's managed by the owners needs reconsideration. I will no longer support a business that fails to respond to quality and safety issues. If the owners would revamp their business tactics with supervised events/care, refresh the quality of some of the equipment, and be more responsive to customers needs, I would reconsider my review. After several years of experience I am being very honest and not at all trying to be harsh.

I tried to make a birthday party reservation with Funtastics only to be blown off for 4 days before receiving a return phone call. Reserved/booked the party one week in advance, tried to bring in payment, but the facility was closed despite their web site and front door stating otherwise. Left several messages that were never returned. Finally reached them ( and not because they called me, I yet again had to call them) only to be informed that they gave away our reservation 3 days before the party was scheduled!

This is the 3rd time that they overbooked and made us change our date. When I tried to explain that to them they cursed and hung up on me. If i could give this a 0 star rating i would. Highly suggest looking else where.
