Big scam! i was told they have rentals available. Robin took my application fee than later tells me there arent any available at this time. Not to mention poor customer service.

Don't rent here!!!!!!!! Am I being unreasonable to ask for compensation from my landlord for getting a $73 water bill and asking for the toilet to be repaired...and it taking over 10 days for it to be resolved. Nightly calls after work and having to mop up water each of those days. Since he wouldn't compensate me for it...I made a list of all the things in my apartment needing repair. His reply through a third party because the slumlord won't speak to me directly...tell her she can move out and not have an early termination fee to her lease!!! You have to be kidding me!! Good riddance!!
