We do not live in the area where our property was located so a simple Social Media post was the avenue that we used to find this local land clearing business. We reached out to the company, and brothers, Logan and Brent met us on site. We discussed options and the best plan of action to get our 10 acres of land cleared. The property was clear-cut about 10-12 years ago. It was overrun with trees that were left, stump outgrowths, and other very dense brush. Brent walked with my husband to the back of the property and discussed the landscape and terrain of the property, while Logan flew a drone over. This gave them a better idea of the land layout to give us the best pricing.

They kept us up to date on progress and were flexible per our additional request as we went along going over and above. They were prompt, accommodating, customer driven, and on budget.

The amount of work these guys got done was hugely impressive and the work that they did was impeccable. Their professionalism was second to none and there is not a single thing that we would change about the service they provided. They were deeply knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and provided additional information where appropriate.

Polite, respectful, and courteous are just a few words that come to mind to describe the brothers. Logan and Brent both have exceptional personal outreach to their clients and their strong, honorable work ethic was so refreshing. Most importantly they are passionate about what they do. Those quality traits are essential and that is why Joshlin Construction is a successfully run family business with a positive influence for their customer relations.

The Joshlin family saw our vision. The property was a diamond in the rough and now it is a beautiful gem. We can now see all the potential that the property can offer.
