He is an attorney for my husbands ex girlfriend, everytime he has called, he has been extremely rude and yells at my husband. After court he told my husband that if he didn't do a 10 panel hair follicle drug test that my husband was gonna be in contempt. Well it was not court ordered but we had no problem doing it, but we were told it was paid for and when we got to the lab to do it, we were told it was not paid for so we call Mr Evans and he proceeded to literally yell at us and my mother, and he told us we had to pay for it, that his ex girlfriend only paid for the ruling(which was never made) so we called the courthouse and they emailed Mr Evans and told him It was NOT court ordered and he emailed them back and told them he never told us that it was court ordered whereas his client(my husbands ex) and her mother also thought it was paid for and court ordered. He also was very unorganized and messy. Would NEVER recommend this lawyer.

This same lawyer took my father's $1500 plus and then went on a one week vacation then after months of trying to contact him he finally got submitted to court and nothing happened after that... He didn't do his job. Have to get another lawyer to press charges against him! He is a crook!
