Left crying after returning hoping to have my hair corrected from blended ash blonde to dark blonde base with platinum highlights which I explained I wanted. Didn't get it. Upon returning they told me they could do nothing to fix my hair...my hair is too short. I was told, maybe let it grow out!!!! no thanks. I hate my hair, and will never ever go back! So disappointed and it wasn't cheap either.

Maria is absolutely incredible, both as a hairstylist and as a person! She's been my hair stylist but 7+ years now and I have followed her every where she has gone. I have very curly hair, and I've always hated it. Until I started seeing Maria and she not only knows how to cut it properly, but she's taught me how to style it myself so I can wear it straight, curly, curled with an iron..anything! I love how versatile she's shown me my hair can be and now I love it! She's also always finding new products and things that I could try using that are specialized for my kind of hair (for those who dont have it, curly hair can be INCREDIBLY difficult!). Maria's passion for what she does doesn't stop at the end of your appointment, her wheels are always turning on different thinks she could do or you could try. I recently asked her to start coloring my hair as well (she had been dying to do this). Despite the fact that I told her she could do whatever she wanted, she knew I personally would want to start subtle and she gave me highlights that I got compliments on for weeks! Maria did a great job on my wedding hair, it was just what I wanted and I wouldn't have changed a thing!! She arrived on time, prepared and did not rush at all. She did a wonderful job with the mother of the brides hair as well as four bridesmaids most that opted for up-dos. She came up with different hairstyles for all of them Maria is very professional, genuinely nice, and amazingly creative! I would highly recommend her!

Maria is awesome! Maria started cutting my hair 7 years ago after I went through a whole host of salons and stylists who just could not cut my hair the way I wanted it to look. Cutting mens hair is not a problem for her, she has the perfect touch and if I decide I want to try a different look she always has something in mind to change it up a bit. For the most part I wear my hair faux-hawk style, but I have also switched up over the years and had her give me fades, messy looks, textured looks, etc. They have all come out great! I have joked before that if I ever move far away, I would still fly back every couple of months to get my haircut. Her new salon Dolce Vita that she has opened up is beautiful. It is a perfect mix of the classiness and chic of a big city salon, yet it is still warm and comforting enough that you feel right at home. That's another great thing about Maria; she treats everyone like family, you are not just another appointment to her.
