I just had an extremely bad experience with the Customer service at this store. The supervisor in the customer service department named Diane was extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband went in a tried to reload a netspend card and was told that there was a limit to reload it after they took the cash for the transaction. Then, we returned to the store to try a lower amount and were told by Diane, the supervisor, that they can do it but they can refuse to process it if they wish. We were nothing but polite to them and we were treated like garbage. This is not the type of customer service that I have always known from Walmart and I am very displeased. I, not any of my family or friends, will never shop at their store or give them a cent of our money ever again. You just lost a lot of valuable customers.

These companies were great at first Strictly due to the big savings you cauld find. I go to walmart now and find little or no savings variety and lack of customer care. Now they want a bigger store in Derry! They are just going to get bigger jack prices and streamline employees like all companies do. Let's keep this monster small as we already have enough grocery stores in Derry.
