On my first visit to woof meow I was totally impressed with the staff I met along my way through the store. They were so very friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with how caring they are towards the animals they care for in the store and how much knowledge they have about them.



The area I was most drawn to was the birds. You can tell how much they love working with them, and how dedicated they are to their care. Any questions that you have, they are willing to answer. The store is very clean and well kept up with, which I'm sure can be challenging as many pets walk through it daily.



Because my first visit, as well as the ones following were so impressive that I ended up buying two birds which I love dearly. I visit the store almost daily once again as I'm in the process of buying the second bird. I rarely do business with Petco or Petsmart anymore due to the fact that the staff here has been so amazing each time I have been in. I have had bad experience with Petco in the past.



In the process of getting the two birds, I have dealt primarily with Aaron, Big Matt, and Little Matt, who all have been phenomenal!!!
