My girlfriend took her Civic in for a recalled part that cost $2.94- paid for by Honda. That's it... nothing more.



The invoice shows them trying to scam her into replacing replacing all kinds of fluids, remounting the engine block, aligning all 4 tires, replacing control arm bushings & alignment, claimed the throttle stuck and the air intake was contaminated, replacing ball joint boots, outer cv boot kits, servicing the auto trans, the brake system, and recommended a 120,000 mile service package on a car with only 85,000 miles on it.



Long story short- the car was inspected/emissions tested twice in one year because we recently moved to MD from PA. Two official inspection/emissions locations in two separate states passed the car with flying colors because we take care of it.



It's no joke- that was all on the invoice for an appointment for a recall that replaced a $2.94 part. To make it better, they don't do state inspections or emissions at the dealership so how they came to these conclusions is pretty obvious. They take full advantage of who they think are naive women and scam them into making huge purchases that aren't necessary by playing the safety card.



Do not deal with this place. Extremely dishonest scammers.
