HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm already going through a lot if I'm contacting bail bondsmen, and I scrolled through the page to read a little about the company to see if they would even be able to help with the situation. I filled out the form to have an agent contact me, and when he did the first thing out his mouth was "why didn't you just dial the number?" in the rudest tone I've ever heard. I tried to explain I must have over looked the number (which I really did) and he just kept basically putting me down for filing out the form instead of calling. Sorry your form is so prominent on the page!! I see why they've changed their name numerous times! I'd rather sit in jail than go through them! Pathetic.

unprofessional, rude and hard to understand. Wont shut up long enough for you to talk, repeats himself and acts like he don't know what he is really doing. Changes his mind about things like how much to charge and what he tells you. Don't think he is trust worthy. would not recommend this man travis at all. acts like he is on drugs. made me very uncomfortable.
