Bad Service

I took my tablesaw in to be repaired. They told me it would be two weeks before they could look at it. I called to check on the saw two weeks later. They said it may be another week. Called a week and a half later. Still nothing. I was on hold waiting for an answer to my questions for ten minutes. I was disconnected three times during my hold. The tech said it was an armeture and bearings and the parts had been discontinued. They told me the saw was junk unless I could find used parts. I went to pick the saw up and discovered that they hadn't even checked the saw. The dust under the saw had not even been disturbed.

After returning home I decided to check with the Dewalt store on Merle Hay Rd.. The service tech was very friendly. He told me they had five sets of the parts that were needed and it would be fixed in a week. I operate a handyman business and own tens of thousands of dollars in tools. I know who has earned my business and who has lost any prayer of getting another penny of my money.
