I'm giving a 1 star because they don't provide a negative star. It's stressful enough trying to get a loved one bonded out to begin with and I was lied to from the jump. They rarely answer the phone which makes it harder to realize they are stringing you along. Troy is the rudest person ever and I would not only not recommend him, I would warn them to not waste their time..Shelley

I called this company, was told he could help only to have him NEVER call to tell me he was ready to meet. Not good service if you ask me!!!
