After narrowing my search to 3 Units, I was encouraged to fill out a credit app and that a $100 deposit assured your interest, however was fully refunded if you weren't approved or changed your mind. After I filled out the app I decided to wait, did. It leave a deposit and was assured it was ok. 20 minutes later, my salesperson called me and again I said I wanted to wait for my fiancé to make a major purchase. I was assured they would hold my app.

I received notification from my credit monitoring program 2 creditors requested greater than $30k on the same day I looked at DM RV!

After several phone calls to track the lenders information, a call was made to DM RV. I learned that since I completed the app, they could run it regardless. I requested the $100 deposit be returned because the app showed I left $100 and was informed the deposit is nonrefundable as noted at the bottom of the app in fine print. Go figure.

Run and find a different and ethical dealer.

Their liars, cheats, dont give them a 'hold' check, you'll never see it again. After negotiating for 2 weeks with them, I went 200 miles south of here and saved 5000 dollars on the same rv after they gave me their rock bottom price.. Wonder how that could happen when their motto is "Nobody beats our prices, NOBODY"
