My first experience with this company was today when I accompanied a friend to one of their storage auctions. My friend was trying to bid on a unit that she lost since she became unemployed. The auctioneer stated they charged $10 per person to cut down on the site seekers and for the owner to make money. My friend was treated very rudely and disrespectful during the auction. It appeared the units that had profitable contents went to the same person....and a bit shady! I would not rent from this company at this location or any of their locations if I needed a unit. Appeared very shady and unprofessional!

The Managers were very friendly and went above and beyond
