I am disappointed that making a dollar is more important than quality service at this place. I placed an online order and forgot to add breadsticks. I called to see if I could add them to my order and the lady I spoke with was rude, let me know they were swamped(while getting my business as well), and told me I would have to place a whole new order for breadsticks including the $2 delivery fee--I couldn't just pay cash and have them bring BREADSTICKS! Not a whole pizza, but breadsticks. Very unaccomodating,so they get this review, loss of a paying customer, and word of mouth to all I know about this minute problem that could've been fixed with a happier customer. Bad job downtown Dominos.

Great service, and we love the new pizza. We don't order from anyone else.

I LIKED DOMINO'S UNTIL TONIGHT. I ordered the 1-Large, 3-Toppings and any breadside for $13.99 plus fees. Came to $16.74 or so. There I sat at home until delivered. Recieved pizza, paid $19. Few minutes later, here came the driver back, Not enough money paid. He said the bill was $24.75. I was and am pissed. Ended up paying $27.00 instead of $19. Yea, I know, you can check email to confirm order, but who does? when you place order, it shows price, then you get money and wait. I didn't recheck email on order. My mistake, but domino's should know their prices bye now. And I always get the same meal, well 99% of the time. Time to switch pizza places.
