Great customer service. Super fast. Decent price. They were extra patient with my questions. We used their website to request a quote on Sunday and got a great, extremely detailed quote foir some fairly rare RV tires, the very next day. They also followed up with a phone call. We came late in the day and they took that in stride too. Very professional. They certainly earned our return business.

Whenever I deal with Flatt they are beyond curtious & respectful of not only my vehicle but also my time. Don't bother going anywhere else to check pricing,,, been there, done that, they are always right in line.

I have always been suspicious of automotive repair shops. It seems like they always treat me like a girl or they want to talk to my husband when my car needs fixed. I know my lack of knowledge about cars has cost me extra money over the years. Flatt Tire didn't treat me like this. A friend sent me to Flatt Tire telling me her family had gone there for years. I went thinking it would be the same old story. I was put at ease immediately by the salesman and how clean and neat the showroom was. They pulled my car in right away and showed me why I needed tires and a front end alignment. They gave me several tire options, I chose a set of Michelin tires (remember that cute baby commercial) and opted for the alignment. The work was completed in an hour. The next day, just to be sure I checked prices and found out I saved about $100 compared to a couple other places. Flatt Tire treated me with respect and saved me money. I am so impressed and will never go anywhere else.
