DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

They have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They are rude to no end among many other types of distasteful behavior. I had a car loan through them that I paid off in excess of 2 months ago. I still haven't received the title and was told that it would be 80-90 days after payoff that I would receive it. This is a local company to me and when I questioned the customer service rep about it, he sharply interrupted me and said, 'we have nothing more to discuss.' and hung up on me. This was midly rude compared to other interactions I've had with them.

STAY AWAY FROM GLOBE ACCEPTANCE

Horrible service!!!! Worst experience in my life n manager wouldn't give me their corporate number so I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and o found out by the dealership who sold my account to them that all the account holders who they sold are complaining as well and they regret selling them out accounts!!! Just disgusting how these people treat you!
