We suspected our 50+ year-old home had orangeburg pipefor the sewer line. We wanted to know since this kind of pipecan collapse suddenly. Many of our neighbors have had to have the old pipe replaced. Greenwood came at the time they had arranged, used video and remote sensing devices to inspect the pipe and determine its depth. They flagged the joints in the pipe and recorded the depth. The price for this service was very reasonable. We now know that the pipe is orangeburg and that it will need to be replaced. Wenow have the luxury of time to prepare for the repair. Theservicemen were exceptionally professional and courteous.

Greenwood has helped us with two houses now - drains backed up. They were fantastic both times. On time and fixed the problems. I thought their rates were reasonable also. The were highly recommended to us and I highly recommend them now also.

We had called to have our main line unclogged do to tree roots. We were put on a list for over a week. Our home began to reek of sewage and our drains became backed up. Several calls made to them and we were told "your on the list" and "we are not sure when we can come". We finally contacted bee-line sewer and they arrived within 20 minutes and was finished in less than an hour. I would not recommend greenwood for any plumbing issues. Call Bee-line!!!!!!!

I called to have my sewer cleaned out as I had water sitting in my basement after using my washing machine. I have had tree roots between 45 and 50 feet from the clean out in the basement due to a tree growing in the parking between the sidewalk and the street before, Greenwoods serviceman went out to 70/80 feet and had trouble. Then went onto 100 feet and said that the tile stopped. suggested that I hire their camera to televise that area. Price $250.00. As they were into the Des Moines Sewer System at or before the 50 feet. I do not believe that I need to pay for that amount. He said that he got his 6" knife stuck at 70/80 feet, It got stuck so he went to a 3" knife (showed me (bent with his own hands) and onto 100 feet in the city sewer line. Called them. Never received a return call. At 71 years old I do not need to be paying this ripoff price. I expected to pay for an hours worth of time.
