Provided by YP.comI have financed with Town Financial and wish to warn others of unethical pactices which they have engaged in. An employee named Jason freely discussed my loan amount and terms with an individual he, or town Financial, were not authorized to. They disclosed the amount of the loan, terms, as well as the amount I owed. This was done without my permission. This institution, and I use the word very loosely, did not apologize, but actually defended their actions. There are laws protecting consumers from this type of violation. I am currently deciding whether or not to take legal action. Be careful, people!!!
