For a college area this is by far the worst service i have ever recieved anywhere.I went to get a couple of burritos around 9 pm (i live less then 2 blocks away). We waited in line behind a white car for 10 minutes before going to mcdonalds instead (less then 2 blocks away from the KFC/taco bell) with the white car still in line.Afterwards we came back and behold the car behind us being the only car other then guess what the SAME white car still at the ordering thing.After waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes we went back to mcdonalds for the other ppl. IF these guys don't want to work past 9 hire new ppl this is absurd. I called the store to find out what was going on. The "manager" who answered gave me an excuse that they were understaffed(we only "I only have 2 staff working",does this mean she is not working?). I felt this was highly unprofessional and was thouroughly dissapointed w the staff.
