Don't use Perficut. The crews do bad mowing and trimming. The grass is left shaggy. The grass height is mostly too long for healthy turf. The mow path is not changed so there are bare tracks between the long, shaggy grass. The trimming is nothing more than whacking the grass to the dirt. I complained in emails and left phone messages, but got no response. It isn't hard to grow grass in Iowa, but proper maintenance is still necessary. You wont' get good maintenance from Perficut.
