This place has come such a long way! A manager that is genuinely concerned for the safety of the residents, and the complex continues to improve in amenities as well as the apartments getting updated and fixed correctly before moving in a new tenant. And you just can't beat the awesome location, close to everything!! As for me n mine, we will be longtime residents!!

I had relatives live in this apartment complex for 3 years. They have ghetto maintenance people. They may or may not come and fix things that need to be fixed. They will not tell you unless you pressure them into giving you the information as to how they charge people when they move out. They will act as thought everything is OK and in the end after you have moved out, they will try not to give your deposit back. You have to fight to get your deposit back. We had cleaned and cleaned an apartment (4 people 2 different days) and they still tried to keep the deposit until I had to write the agency who is managing over them and the better business bureau, then they responded. Make sure you keep a copy of your move in paper and compare it with the move out paper. The manager will say different things that the maintenance will say.
