The financial services were quick and easy and no one tried to push me into buying anything extra. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. I really enjoyed working with the staff and will refer my family and friends to Dalton at Smart Honda.

Provided by YP.comI recently visited Smart Honda in Des Moines to buy my 2nd car ever. I was nervous about letting go of my previous car but as soon as I walked into Honda they assured me that they could find the perfect fit for me. Working with Marty in the sales department and Craig in the finance department, I was able to find the perfect car and find a financing package that worked for me (a full time teacher). They were thorough in their explanations of the various car-buying components and they helped me find a car that fit all of my needs as well as kept me at a reasonable monthly payment. I recommend Smart Honda as well as Marty and Craig to everyone!

Not only are the mechanics top-notch, the service manager and service advisors are great at making sure the whole process goes smoothly. Provided by YP.comI’d like to say this was one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had buying a car. Aaron Logan was great to work with on the trade in and the purchase price on the new car. He gave me a very fair price for my trade in. My salesman Matt Carlson went above and beyond at helping me find the car that’s the best fit. If anything I was a big pain for him. I changed my color choice 3 times on him. I also drove several vehicles before we landed on the style. I decided to purchase a 2019 Honda CR-V. I’m sorry for not remembering the finance guys name. But he was easy to work with as well and didn’t pressure me to buy something I didn’t want. Great team and great people to work with at Smart Honda! Everyone was so nice and very accommodating. Very nice and smooth process. No pressure to buy right now or buy a more expensive car, etc. All questions (car and finance related) answered in a business-like manner. It was 100% hassle free.My new car was ready to go, tank full of gas, plates switched when I walked out the door.Awesome!

We stopped at this location and we were greeted with a friendly smile and offered assistance. The Eric, the technician, was very helpful and offered great advise after checking the system out. They replaced the battery and we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great, Friendly, Helpful people. If I lived in the Des Moines area I would go back and they would do all the service for my vehicle. The folks in Des Moines are very fortunate. Bob S. Cypress, TX Thanks again!

I had done a lot of research before going to Smart Honda. This included Chevy, GM, Ford and Kia, for a total of 5 dealerships before coming to Smart Honda. Clay (Olson) treated me with the most respect of any of the dealers in any dealership. He answered every question I had. He was not insulted that I had researched ahead of time. He went out of his way to communicate by e-mail before my visit and went out of his way while I was at the dealership. The time I spent whith him was comfortable, informative and without any pressure what-so-ever. Another thing that impressed me was that when we went to the service center, an elderly lady was reading the paper and waiting for her car and he called her by her first name! I could go on and on about the wonderful experience I had at Smart Honda. I was very impressed!

What an awesome experience. I truly hate the whole car purchase thing. Brian and the folks at Smart Honda gave me the very first enjoyable and A+ car purchase experience of my life. I will forever be a Honda owner and Smart Honda will be the place I go for any new car!

Went and placed a deposit on an used 07 trailblazer, filled out paperwork and signed off by GM Matt on a late friday. Was told that i had till the following monday to pick it up pending financing which i did get. Was told by finance Roger that i was first in line as there was several others interested. Come back following Monday truck is sold out from underneath me and no phone calls hey can place a full check now etc etc. IS THIS HOW U TREAT PEOPLE / CUSTOMERS / FORMER VETS. The GM would sell his mom if he could make a buck!!!!!! YMMV :( Go Elsewhere!!!!!!

The agent was helpful as long as they could charge you for another service call. It would have been a satisfying visit if they could have been more customer service oriented. Few cars, lots of people sitting around, and HIGH prices. I won't be going there again!
