I've had Austin work on several cars over the years, each time he's done a great job and exceeded my expectations I'd recommend him to anyone of my family and friends without hesitations very family orientated

Terrible mechanics and worse owner

I called and asked about new and used transmission pricing. I went with a new transmission and it was fully warranted. I was planning on selling the vehicle and the warranty was a good selling tool for the buyer. Very competitively priced. I was a happy customer and it was done in a timely fashion I would recommend this shop to anyone.

My Cadillac was leaking transmission fluid out of the axle seal. They have had the car for 7 days and have only called me back once. I have called them 3 separate days and they always say " we will get right back to you" They do not call you back. I am putting the repair bill on my MasterCard so I am not waiting on the repair because of lack of funds. If I did not own a spare vehicle I would be screwed! They said it billed out estimate of 15 hours to fix and it should be done today but yesterday at 12 noon it was still sitting outside and had not moved! I should have taken it to a different shop. I will NEVER do business with them again!

My wife took our vehicle in and found out it had a bad transmission... We were in a pinch and had to have it back within two days. Not only did they get it done in time they brought my wife home and came and picked her up when it was done. That was three years ago now. I tell all my friends and a few of them have actually had to use them and also been very pleased.

Shifts great and takes a beating! Competitively priced with other shops.No Complaints.

They may of been in business since 1961 but the new owner is still in diapers! You'll need a diaper too because you're gonna soil yourself when they screw you over too! Stay away!
