Custom bouquets, locally owned and operated. Always a great experience; highly recommended. I use them a couple times a year and always ask for the deluxe bouquet; and my mom is never disappointed.

I actually would not even give this business one star. I am planning my wedding & came across Tender Touch website. They are a local business, so I though I'd support them. I'm having a small wedding & had my bouquet & centerpieces picked out. I went into the store on a Saturday & the OWNER was there & was extremely rude. She said "this isn't a good weekend & I don't have time to be lookin' at weddin' books". She then said call back & make an appointment, it's not a good weekend for her. So we went to Boesen on Beaver right down the street. They were so helpful. They didn't act like I was a burden to them by coming into their business. I don't believe Tender Touch will be in business much longer with their poor customer service skills. As I said it was the OWNER who treated us so poorly too. I would not put an once of trust into that shop to take care of a single thing for my wedding or any other occasion for that matter. Sad thing is for the owner I spent $800 at Boesen & I had everything I wanted picked out. If the owner at Tender Touch hadn't be so rude she'd had an easy $800 sale in 5 minutes, but it just wasn't "a good weekend" for her. She was too busy.

Left my Mother's Day flowers out the in high winds on my concrete stoop - less than an inch of water - didn't even put them up in the corner. When I got home they were beat to shreads, petals missing, and whithered. I called Tender Touch and they couldn't have cared less - said they take these on-line order and have to get them delivered in a certain time frame and do the best they can. End of story. I pulled up their website and the photo of what the flowers were supposed to be didn't even come close - there were less than 1/2 the flowers in my shreaded arrangement than shows in the photo on just one side of the arrangement. No attempt on their part to fix this. Very bad service and product.
