We are a professionally run Mom and Pop enterprise striving to provide the best service that we can. We offer a 90 day E and O warranty per our corporate office. When a client calls within that period and prior to repairs being made, we do revisit that home. We use thermal imaging, moisture meters, carbon monoxide and gas detector and a black light. We are top rated on Angie's List. We cannot see into a properties past or predict it's future. An inspection is a snap shot in time, similar to a physical. When inspecting an occupied home, no inspector can see everything, due to the occupant's belongs and furniture. For this purpose, a Final Walkthrough Check-list is provided so that the buyer can check everything when the home is vacant at their final walkthrough before the property closing. We have many, many repeat customers and our constantly improving our business and methods.

The "Brickkicker" in Des Moines claims to specialize in stucco and exteriors but he missed a glaring deficiency in our stucco home exterior that will cost $40,000 to fix! Every contractor we have had bid the repair job can't believe our home "passed" an inspection only a few months ago. Of course with all the small print in the inspection report we have absolutely no recourse so we just wasted our time and money hiring this "expert". There are many home inspectors in the Des Moines area so do yourself a favor and don't use this one. We wish he had kicked fewer bricks and actually conducted a competent inspection. Buyer beware. You deserve much better than this!

ROOF leaked before the first house payment was even made. How is that for an inspection. Heating ducks not connected to heat vents in attic (water pipes almost broke because no heat coming into the house) almost had an electrical fire, pipes to dishwasher broke...hmmm need I say more. Offer was made to reimburse for cost of inspection, offer to look at roof but never happened! Would never use again!
