Terrible experience, purchased a used car from their sales manager chris, discussed my concerns with mechanical condition of car, was given a verbal agreement that Tom would stand behind anything he sells and not to worry they are in his words "The largest used car dealer in iowa" which may or may not be a lie.
Long story short my car failed on two separate occasions with in 2 months of purchase, I had to fight for a 20% payout towards the cost of repair, second time I was told via email that they wont do anything to help me..... BUYER BEWARE ALERT ALERT ALERT dont expect anything from these guys after point of sale.

Worst car buying experience ever. Dishonest salesman. Bad business practices by manager Chris. Bought a lower end Grand Am. Countless problems including towing twice...almost immediately after purchase. Tom's attempted to repair but really no evidence that they did anything to help. Now back in the shop again. Their latest line, "when you buy an older car these things happen." We got taken. Highly recommend that you don't buy a car there. Since my experience have heard horror stories from other customers.
