The price is good, but the quality is no good. My eye doctor could tell I got my glasses from Vision 4 less and recommended going anywhere but there. They did a poor job on my glasses. I went online and found that zennioptical has good reviews. A coworker also recommended them. They know what they're doing, unlike vision 4 less.

You can't beat the price of eyewear at Vision 4 Less. I would not recommend it to someone that has very specific needs as far as bifocals, etc... however if you are just getting glasses that are inexpensive and work. They are great. Specially if you get the insurance and something happens to them, they will replace them - no questions asked!!! It beats paying $300.00 for the same eyewear and having to wait about a month for an appointment or just to get them.

On 8-2-12, Jerry purchased glasses from your store on Merle Hay Rd. On 8-3-12, we called, speaking to your customer service person, Megan, & reported that the transition lens were not darkening as they should. She told us to bring them back in which we did on 8-8-12 to have the transition lens checked which they were supposed to have done, but the lens still did not darken. On 8-13-12 we again called, no one returned our call. On 8-15-12, we called again, and we were told to bring the glasses back in again and they would replace the lens. This we did on 8-15-12 only to arrive and be told that one of the machines was broke down & the lens could not be done until 8-16-12. Since we are located at least 75 miles from your place of business, Jerry asked that you mail the new lens to us which was not done. We called again on 8-20-12 to see why we had not received the lens and were told that they didn't know for sure what to do with them, however, Megan had been specially told to mail them as we had already made numerous trips to your location to get this problem taken care of. The lens were finally received later that week, however, the lens still do not darken as they should. We were told to put them in the deep freeze which was done, but it did not change anything. We had visited with your manager requesting some compensation for our many trips to your location for your error, however, they told us nothing could be done. Since this transition lens problem has still not been resolved, we would like a refund of $218.66 for a product that is not correct. Jerry is a diabetic, so his glasses are very important to him, however, your company does not seem to acknowlege that.We have contacted the Better Business Bureau there in Des Moines with our complaint, explaining our many trips to your location to get this product problem taken care of with still getting nothing correct from you.Jerry Williams, 1275 N. This place is a flippin joke, 3 weeks and I still don;t have my glasses. The first pair my bi focal was half way up the glasses. the next pair they didn't put on on there. WTF. the next pair they gave me someone elses. Then they mailed the next pair to me. Wrong pair again. How many more weeks do I have to wait. My insurance won't pay for me to get them anywhere else for another year. Never again.

The people working there are so under qualified it is ridiculous. They have no business fitting and helping select eyeglasses for anybody. The adds you see on TV are a joke based on our experience. Wrong lenses in frames when I got there to pick them up. After waitng 40 minutes I decided to leave. All this time they are using my money since I already paid for my glasses. What a joke your company is.
