Terrible... I pay my insurance every month. I have a claim in now under my uninsured motorist protection it's been over a month and still no offer for my car. I am getting highly pissed because it's a real inconvenience. I call at least 3 times or more a week and among long wait times no one has made an effort to return my call. Can't wait to drop them.

This company is awful, been trying to follow up on a claim and finally got ahold of them 1 MONTH LATER!! Finding out that they haven't even reviewed my claim.

My experience went very well.



Those not insured with Founders complaining, why not just file a claim with your own company? liability only?... Should have been smarter. If you aren't insured with them, they really don't owe you anything.

If you are directly insured with Founders, they take pretty good care of you.

If I could, I would give zero star! Some drunk hit my parked car and totaled it on 03/13/15, today's date is 5/6/15, I still dnt have a settlement! They will not return your calls and whn they finally do call u, they cannot even give u a good answer! At this point, I'm just fed up! They only will reimburse 15days of car rental at the rate of $25.00 per day. I will not wish this insurance on my enemy!

This insurance company is awful. Have been with them for 5 years, all is well until you have an accident. The adjuster, Juana Rodriquez, is useless. She never returns phone messages nor does the adjuster that has to inspect my car. My car has been in the shop for two weeks now waiting to be fixed. Take my advice, shop somewhere else for insurance.

It took them 31/2 weeks to pay the body shop for my car and do not recommend this insurance company to anyone

I am not a client, however, one of Founder's clients hit my parked vehicle and caused $1700 worth in damage. This "minor" accident has turned into over a month's worth of headaches for me so far, and at this point I have had my car repaired (however Founders has not yet paid the auto body shop in full) and they are presently refusing to reimburse me for the full amount of the rental vehicle I required. (I picked the cheapest rental car available, and I only needed one because my damaged vehicle was the only vehicle we have that will accomdate our entire family!) The "adjuster" they sent out to view the damages on my car--even after I had already taken my vehicle in for an estimate--took pictures with his CELL PHONE and missed $600 worth of damages by only noting one of the three separate panels that was damaged. He also didn't show up at the body shop to review the additional damages at his scheduled time and has not contacted them since then. I will also be taking Founder's client to court, gotta get my money somehow!! I would not recommend Founders to anyone looking for a reputable insurance company who takes care of business.

Terrible service

This is the worst insurance I ever dealed with!!! They do not return phone calls, they disregard you as a clinet all the wya!!! If they have time to call you back to answer your questions, their answers never match with someone's else questions. I had car accident on 10/05/09 it's already 11/13/2009 and I am still without the car!! Cause insurance claims taht they sent a check ; two people gave me answers, one check was sent 10/19/2009, "same check" was sent again 10/27/09. Do not go there!!! You will lose your time, money and a health!!!

This insurance company is aweful. My adjuster and their supervisor is so slow at handeling things. They are so incompetent. Giving your statement and having the claim processed will be easy. After that, it's a wrap. Don't rely on these guys for anything else. They have never heard of the word "fast". Even the simplest claims are handled very slow. Hell is defanantely freezing over. IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM DUE TO ONE OF THEIR INSURED SMACKING YOU IN TRAFFIC, YOU MAY AS WELL NOT HOLD YOU BREATH ON THAT ONE.

I don't recommend this insurance company for anyone, they are not helpful at all. they don't respond others party request on time specally the ADJUSTER department.
