I got a terrible surprise from this company when they worked on my stalled external hard drive. I needed all info extracted to another hard drive. Then when I picked up my new hard drive i didn't get my original hard drive back. They couldn't find it ( ! ) . And on top of that all info on new hard drive was all in disarray . This will take me a long time to unscramble all the files. I complained to them about it and they said "That's how THEY do it" They sent out my hard drive to someone else! They didn't inform me about this. I finally got my original hard drive back after months of waiting but with a different power cord. One time when I went to check on their progress there was no one there in the office. and another time I went in they had a dog in there with them. This place is not very professional.
