I had my pet’s neutuer surgery done here along with vaccines. The doctors are courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I truly appreciate the bill not being too excessive considering I’m a single mom. Thank you Oak Elm!

I was recommended to this animal hospital from Wrightway where I adopted my puppy. Dr Basran took care of Bella and I was very impressed with his compassion and love for animals. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very attentive. I had no problems understanding him even though he appeared to be Indian, he was very knowledgeable.

The doc totally figured out why my puppy was losing weight. Now my lil guy is back with more than enough energy

I adopted my puppy from Wrightway and I took Addy here for a post adoption checkup. I called and set up an appointment and the doctor saw me right away. It's nice not to have to wait half hour. The doctor seemed like he knew his stuff. He gave me vitamins which are important b/c normal food doesn't provide enough nutrients for a growing pup like mine.

I took Ellie here last week and I was very pleased with the doctor and staff. I only waited a few minutes until I saw the doctor and the prices were very reasonable. More reasonable than other clinics I've been to or called. Thank you, doctor!

I adopted a rescue puppy 4 months of age and Oak Elm has been nothing but outstanding. They price matchedheartworm preventative medicine with the online price, no quiddle. The small things like that speak volumes.

Oak Elm has a very nice staff and doctors. They see me and my dog very quickly and even on the same day if I need it. This ability to have them there and available in a pinch means a lot to me.

I've taken both my dog and cat to Dr. Basran for years and years, and years. His professional opinion is tailored specifically to the best intent of my loved ones with an eye towards the bottom line financially. I can't say many vets concern themselves with the latter. Thanks Dr. Basran.

First, I would like to expand my appreciation to Oak Elm Animal Hospital, you have done a wonderful job taking care of my puppies that I have adopted from Wright Way Rescue! The first puppy I adopted (Bryler) had a genetic disease and Dr. Basran took care of him up until we had to put him asleep! He was caring and most of all understood what my daughter, Kalynn and I was going through because Bryler was only 11 weeks old. He did all he could and for that I am grateful!

My Cocker Spaniel, Baylee, has had multiple surgeries done here and me and my pets have been treated with nothing but respect and compassion. My dogs are my fur kids and it is very important for me to know they are treated well and safe when I take them to a vet for such serious procedures!

Dr. Basran is very knowledgeable in his field as well as one of the most compassionate vets I've ever been to. He was so sweet to us when we had to put my dog, Chopper, to sleep in November of 2010. He let us stay in the room with him and hold him until he took his last breath and we said our goodbyes. I'll never forget his kindness to my boyfriend and me.

I take my two dogs to this vet and Dr. Basran is amazing! I've been going to this establishment since 2009. I've worked with another vet here on one occasion and he was equally as nice and helpful. The staff are all so nice and helpful and they've made exceptions to see my dogs on the same day for emergencies or to pick up medications.

I was referred here by some friends of mine who had nothing but great things to say about the practice. I'm very happy to have found this place and have recommended it to many of my friends now.

I was very pleased with the quality of service and the professionalism of the doctor and his staff. My dog was very squeamish at first but they were able to settle him down and deliver his shots.

Overall, while there was a rough start to my experience to Oak Elm Animal Hospital in the end it was quite a good experience. The vet actually read my review on yelp and helped explain all of my questions to me and took very good care of my baby who just got her stitches out yesterday. I may not be visiting them Oak Elm again due to location of the practice and where I live, but it is a legitimate option for cost effective pet care. Best of luck to Oak Elm!

I've had nothing but great experiences at Oak Elm and want to thank the staff and Dr. B for everything they've done for my puppy Max since I adopted her. Oak Elm has vaccinated her, spayed her, and provided flea tick medicine and a heartworm preventative. It's standard treatment but I never wait long and the one time I did need Max to be seen immediately, Dr. B told me to come in right away and Max was being examined within 15 minutes. That's hard to beat.

I was unable to get an appointment from my regular Vet for my sick dog, and called Oak Elm as it is very close to me. I was so appreciative that they could see my dog on such short notice. I would come back again, and found their cost to be very reasonable.

I took my dog Reese to this animal hospital when I first adopted her after being recommended here by a co worker. Since then I have been back multiple times and am very excited that I have found a place that Reese and I both love. She always gets the royal treatment while she is there! Dr. Basran is very knowledgeable and compassionate, he has the ability to accurately diagnose a problem with my dog very quickly and his experience is great. During the appointments I have never felt rushed, the Doctors take their time with the pets. The doctor and staff are always willing to answer any questions I may have, and I have learned a lot from them. The clinic has a lot of customers which is a good sign, I talk to a few while I am in the waiting room sometimes and many have been coming here for a while and are pleased with the exceptional care that their pets are receiving. I would highly recommend Oak Elm to anyone who has a pet they love
