This isn't the first time. In fact I didn't visit this location for many months due to how often it is wrong. Considering its right down the street I finally gave in. Over the last 4 years they have messed up on 98% of my orders. I can not remember one time they didn't mess up. But I give them the benefit of the doubt that I could be forgetting that 1 time.
No amount of complaining, in person at the location or via their website helps so don't bother.
My fault for not checking. Their fault for not checking also.
