Not only were they involved in scamming according to the INSPECTOR GENERAL FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES but they almost paralyzed me! They are all about filling their pockets regardless if you are a good candidate for this procedure or not! DO NOT TRUST THEIR RUDE NURSES, ANESTHESIOLOGIST nor DR. ROBERT S. LAI!!! I guarantee you will be SORRY, I KNOW HE MADE ME SUFFER FOR HIS MONETARY GAIN NOT CARING ONE BIT ABOUT ME, MY HEALTH AND MY WELL BEING!

After the anesthesiologist tried to give me an epidural against my will, he went in my spine 4 x's until I said that's enough! He said he could not find the right spot to Dr. Lai that was in the room hearing the screams of agony everytime the anesthesiologist went in my spine and Dr. Lai said nothing to the team holding me down in a headlock. Dr. Lai told him " then put her in recovery and bring the next patient in" as if I was a nobody and not worth explaining what was going on!!! If you want to take a chance to go through what I did go get taken care of by these ANIMALS!!! ANIMALS THEY ARE!!! My only hope is that someone does to them as they have done to me. When I called Tom Peer the head of dept. there to complain and ask for an apology, I never heard back from anyone of those animals but ironically DID RECEIVE A BILL FROM THEM WHICH MY INSURANCE IS ADVISED AND INVESTIGATING!!! SORRY YOU MONEY HUNGRY BUTCHERING ANIMALS YOU DON'T DESERVE TO GET PAID$
