My grandson worked there and that is where I got my hellga Joann. It is a very friendly place they are very good with the baby's that have never been to the groomers before, they take the time to slowly show them what this thing in there hands do and that it is all ok. They will answer any questions you might have

We hired Darleen, owner of Claws 'N' Paws, to sit our cats. Living near us, she passes our home going to work. She came a week early, to learn the alarm system. 7 days later, my brother came to our home, reeling from what he found. The water dish was DRY, NO FOOD out, the litter box was full, and an open can of food was upside down on the floor, full of mold & BUGS!!! The TV was on?!? He confronted her and she LIED - saying she brought food from another house, so as to explain the stack of unopened food cans still on the counter. She also said the litter box was full because she gave the cats extra food the day before. When I called the security company, I found out that Darleen came over the day after we left for less than 10 minutes, and had never returned. She was to return the keys back on Mon. and be paid for services rendered. She has made no attempt to contact us or return the keys. After 1.5 weeks, we were forced to change our locks, costing $150. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I agreed with everything the last reviewer wrote until the last time I brought my pedigree springer spaniel for grooming. Disregarding all previous instructions and notes, he was shaved all over, all his long silky breed feathers literally hacked off. I have no words for how shocked I am. It will take probably a year to grow his coat back. I guess they are so used to shaving desert dogs that they have no idea how to follow a breed cut. If you don't care how your dog looks and just want a hot weather shave then they are the place for you. Other than that they have no business calling themselves a dog groomer.

I could not believe the pet owner attention, a totally caring staff. the open kitchen atmosphere they made "Buddy" and I feel like he was the only dog there a midst other pets. we were late to pick him up an hour past closing Christina stayed late to accommodate and just as pleasant as when we dropped off "Buddy" amazing.
