Everytime I am requested to schedule with their company through my property management agency and am always told upon my calls to make appointments that someone will call me back immediately to schedule one. This has never been my experience however I have normally recieved a call back within a few days scheduled an appointment and had no issues. Twice they have been working on units neighboring me and have either seen me outside requesting to preformmy service the. So they would not have to return or have come to knock on my door for the same request. Though seemingly slightly unprofessional I always welcomed the convenient maintenance and if able allowed them to do so. However, I had called them this month and yet again was told by the owner Mike this time I would be getting a call right back from his wife Barb Oct 8th. I did not recieve a call back until the 10th which is normal but was unable to set a time as nothing they had available worked for my schedule. Barb informed me she would call me back and never did until yesterday afternoon Oct 28th she asked to preform the maintenance today or tomorrow which I informed her would not work as we are very busy for the rest of the month. She cut me off as I was talking said 'okay' and hung up on me. Though I thought this was rude I know they are a small business and must be busy. Today Barb called back and I was unable to answer right away, listening to the voicemail promptly, I was insulted when she said she had been trying to call me all month and could not reach me when I called back stating I had the phone record to prove otherwise after talking to her yesterday she got defensive saying I was wrong and her hand written notes say otherwise. I was personally unaware that hand written notes were more reliable than automatically recorded data from the phone company and was even more surprised at her constant interruption and inability to simply apologize for her unprofessionalism.
