I just called to check on available apts for rent and the lady ask me about income i told her what I made and that my boyfriend was in process of getting his ssi her response was ...your income is the significant for you but What happens if you break up and you leave him in the apt with no way to pay rent with no income. That is the most ridiculousthing i have ever been told me. If you don't want to rent to people PLEASE make up a better excuse than ASSuming peoples relationships will fail. I make more than enough to pay rent there but you can guarantee i will spend my money else where
