OPEN NOW - Closes at 9:00pm

Went to this store on last night, which it was 15 minutes before the store close. However, I asked the young ladies that were there about trying the pants on they told me that the dressing room was closed. I then asked how is the dressing room closed if the store is still open, her answer was because they close it at a certain time.



So I thought to myself let me leave and just followup with a manager on the next day, which is today 08/21/15. I called and asked to speak with the manager and the young lady acted as if she wasn't sure if the lady there was a manager.



An older woman got on the phone and was very abrupt. She did not introduce herself, so I asked who was I speaking with and she did not want to give me her name stating that she didn't know who I was.



I am a customer calling to speak about an issue and this individuals apparently do not like what they do otherwise they would have a more pleasant attitude. I think it's sad!!!



Needless to say they lost a customer and sale
