I have nearly 17 and a half years of military aviation maintenance experience stemming from nearly 8 years in the United States Air Force spending long hours and deployments maintaining high performance fighter aircraft such as the F-15E Strike Eagle and the F-22 Raptor, and over 9 years in the United Stated Marine Corps similarly building engines for the F-18 Hornet and then maintaining the new F-35B Lightning II; the newest aircraft in the Marine Corps. After the Marines moved me from San Diego, California to Eglin Air Force Base, I decided to earn a real estate license for fun which turned out to be very beneficial. In my first year selling real estate as a part time agent, I closed 26 transactions in 2014 totaling over $4.6 million in sales most of which have been VA loans. I strive myself on helping and educating military personnel purchase homes using their housing entitlements and VA benefits.
