Run as far and fast as you can away from this place. This might be the cheapest normal apartments in Destin, but it is so NOT worth a penny! Most of the pictures on their site are artists renderings and not even real pictures.

There was so much wrong when we moved in; ripped screens (for which they patch and don't replace), leaking windows, doors that are too short, chipped counters, rippled linoleum floors, leaking sinks, the smell of cigarettes everywhere; you name it, there was an issue with it. And that's all you find on the first day.... then when you move out, they try charging you for the very stuff you told them was wrong and then some.

Neighbors, courtesy officer, and office harass you for everything you can possibly think of. Empty boxes in the hallways when you're moving in or out, noise from vacuuming or watching TV, having a small group at the pool when NOBODY else from the entire complex is at the pool. I've lived in apartments for around eight years and this was by far the most miserable place I have ever lived. We moved out after only six months, along with several other people.
Also if you want any music at all by the pool, forget that, only ear phones. Instead you have to listen to the 100 screaming brats that live there.

An additional bad thing, they use the "private road" to the Mid-Bay bridge as a selling point. This road has potholes big enough to swallow any car. If you do drive on it, you have to ride your brake or you'll damage your car.

I wouldn't move back to this place if they gave me free rent. Go to Venue or the Preserves or buy anything else. I'd rather live in my car than this place.
