A piece of American history, Mercury is a fully restored fifty foot Elco Deluxe Cruiser built of solid mahogany in 1946. Elco was one of the preeminent yacht builders of it's time, with a client list including royalty, tycoons and celebrities. A later model Elco, Mercury is a rare vessel. Of 11 hulls built, only 3 remain in the world. Mercury is the only boat that has been maintained in the spirit of her original design...the last of a scarce breed. With an offshore hull based on the Elco PT boat, Mercury provides a safe, smooth ride from which to enjoy all Destin has to offer. Now offered for charter for the first time in her 63 year history, Mercury is a chance to experience the rarity of a classic yacht in its prime with the comfort of modern systems.
