We utilized this company in Elberta, Alabama and the service was absolutely horrible. The girl working the phone could not even give me correct directions to drive there. The ride was less than 5 minutes for about $100. I purchased the photo pkg and when I got home there were no photos on the disc. I have returned the photo disc and phoned 3 times. No one is ever available to help me and no one will return my phone calls. I have tried to be professional but the service is awful. I am not sure who is in charge because he or she is never available and apparently they are not interested in providing good customer service. I feel extremely taken advantage of as a tourist and strongly do not recommend this business.
