In late July, 2010 we spent a week with our four families at the Villa Capri in Destin, Florida. I will have to give Southern Resorts and their people a five star rating. Although there were some minor issues with the rental, Southern Resorts did an excellent job of correcting them. Regardless what the media reported, the short walk with the keyed beach access was wonderful. All enjoyed the spacious home and private pool. Would definitely return to Villa Capri. Thanks!

I vacationed down to Panama City Beach one year and Destin another year while staying with Southern Resorts. They've always been very respectful and offered great service when I had to call them out to a unit for a few towels.My co-workers had used Southern Resorts and they are the ones who recommended them to me. I can't speak for everyone, but everyone I've talked to has had great experiences with this company.

I rented a unit from this company and was very disssatisfied. The unit was dirty and had some damage issues. I notified them of the damage on the move-in inspection report. However, when I moved out they had somehow lost the report and acted like the place was immaculate prior to my occupying the unit. I actually fixed many of the issues with the property inside and landscaping outside. I found the staff to be very rude and untrustworthy. Take this from someone who values honesty and trustworthiness and avoid this company.
