The Family Planning Program provides medical exams including: * Physical Exam * Pap Smear * Breast Exam * Contraceptive Services * Sexually Transmitted Infection Testing and Treatment * Pregnancy Testing Services are available to both men and women. Services are free or low cost based on a sliding fee scale. We accept all types of insurances. All services are confidential. Free or Low-Cost All incomes and insurances accepted including medical assistance and Minnesota Care. Charges based upon your income and family size. No one is refused service because of inability to pay. Presentations to schools, colleges and community groups are available upon request.
