Always my first choice for tools and appliances. I send everyone I can to them because they are helpful and care about their customers

I would give a negative if I could. Sold me a setup fee that was nonexistent when delivery came. Had to pay someone else to setup. Ripped me off for 105. Would not refund. Shady people!!! Not happy! And to top off stove is defective. Worst experience ever!!!!

Bought a $500 upright freezer on sale (normally $649, right) from the website using the pick up at local store option (Detroit Lakes). Picked it up last night, brought it home, unpacked it in the garage, plugged it in and everything worked fine. Got up today, not working. It's not our circuits, switch, or outlet ( we live in a new house). Called the store for my options and was told to call repairs!!!! seriously? 17 guests in less than a week (which was the reason for purchase). Was told I couldn't bring it back because it was an Internet special! WHAT again?!?!?! Called 2 different customer service numbers, was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. Here I sit, multiple items about to need freezer space and no freezer. Add to that I am temporarily handicapped after foot surgery so can't get around. Husband is back OTR (truck driver).

Think twice about a Kenmore and above all shop elsewhere as customer service is non-existent in Detroit Lakes.
