Some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The lack of general knowledge on the basic workings of campers makes for a horrible experience. They are not even willing to help out with other accommodations in the mean time while a camper is being fixed. They play the blame game and always pass the buck onto the manufacturer or other rv repair companies. I would not reccomend the parts and service department to anyone.

The worst customer service that my wife and I have ever experienced. The general lack of knowledge on the workers of campers makes for a horrible experience. We have had our camper there for close to 2 months for a simple repair job and keep getting the same excuse on why they cannot seem to get the project done. They are unwilling to help you with other accomindations in the mean time to try and make things right. The like to play the blame game and make it everyone elses falut on why they cannot get it done; like blaming the manufacturer or other RV repair places. I would not reccomend the service department to anyone in a million years.
