Ive been renting from them for a little over2 years. No complaints yet. My only problem was a tenant next door to me had a small dog that barked but once the landlord found out about them I think they were evicted for that. They seem like their on their job they send monthly newsletters, the guys doing repairs are nice. I remember the lady Keontae working there but they fired that thief. I think the lady with the complaint should try them again.

this a horrible place to rent from!! they are slum lords, and there bldgs. have no heat or water most of the time, in addition they say and do anything to keep your deposit, and the manager KEYANNa was at another slum property tha got closed down!!! unless ur last resort DONT RENT FROM THEM !!!!
