I went in for 2 layer standard cornrows and the braids are bad. The top layer of braids were braided halfway, then more hair added to finish the braids, so the braids aren't neat and uniformed. You can see where the braids stop and then begin again. Very unhappy.

Terrible place. I called a spoke to a young lady with no accent, nice voice clear to understand and as we spoke about me getting my hair down at night she said they would be open until midnight. When I arrive at shop no one was there except some dude who said they just left. I call the lady and got another person who spoke with an African accent and she was i spoke with. Sounded like funny business to me so I said never mind. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE.

I have never been so angry and utter unhappy. I went here to get zillions and they tried to do to me what they did to another reviewer on here (Leaving roughly an inch and a half out of the braid in all the areas I couldn't see in the mirror). We had a nice long convo after I left and returned and they fixed my hair for free only after 45 minutes of arguing. Their excuse for leaving more than an inch of my hair out of the braid? "Your hair is too long, that is the style, you have to ask us to braid past this length." The lied lied and lied before the problem was fixed. I threatened to take them to small claims court. NEVER GO HERE YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED AND THE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE. -5 stars.

I called and asked how much zillions with hair provided...would be. The lady on the phone told me 180. I got there and she saw that my hair is shoulder length and still persisted to tell me that it would cost me 180 and asked for the money up front. I gave it to her. It took her (Maria) and another braider (very sweet and efficient woman) 6 hours to braid my hair. Excellent timing. However, when I got home I realized, after the mousse had worn off...that my hair wasnt completely braided into the weave. The braided up to a certain point and stopped...which was fine, but they should have at least braided pass my hair. I went back two days later and explained the issue to Maria. She said that since my hair was longer it would have been 220 to get my hair braided pass my hair. Why didn't she tell me that before I got my hair braided. I never had zillions before, so when she said 180..I thought for sure it would be 180 bottom line. This lady wouldn't fix it. She told me to take my hair down and she would do it for 210....then 220...then 250. She couldn't even get her prices together. I will not be returning there.
